The Release Manager also acts as a process improvement champion and change agent for clients internally/externally. The Release Manager shall work with Application Development & Support teams, Technical Operations and Product Managers to construct and manage an overall release management schedule. Responsible for creating and managing release management process and calendar, which consists of major/minor application releases, service packs, scope negotiation, scheduling, and tracking.
