Job Duties: Lead the team of staff and outsourced writers responsible for delivering social media and SEO (e.g., blogs, press releases, pay-per-click) copy for customer campaigns and websites Manage a small in house team and vendor resources to produce a high volume of social media blogs and other deliverables to satisfy client social media campaigns Ensure that the quality and timeliness of the team's work meets the standards required to enable the team to achieve its goals and monitor these things through reporting and metrics Manage the daily operations of the team, including solving internal issues and addressing customer escalations Develop standard operating procedures to guide the team's delivery, and evolve these as necessary to react to changing products, customer needs, and internal goals Coordinate with other groups within the Web Visibility Solutions team, including the Project - Permanent - Full-time
