Members of staff must have and be able to demonstrate good values with an ability to respect the tenants wishes and views in order to enable them to enjoy a full and enriched life. It will mean that clients are able to live their own lives as they wish confident that services are of high quality, are safe and promote their own individual needs for independence, well being, and dignity.
