Ardor Health - Sioux Falls, SD - Job Description: Physical Therapist Assistants will work under the supervision of Physical Therapists in order to help rehabilitate patients who are suffering from an injury or a disabling disease. Physical Therapy Assistants will be responsible for assisting in rehabilitation of the patient as well as aiding in day to day activities to maintain a good quality of health for the patient as well as making an effort towards rehabilitation. Day to day activities with patients will need to be recorded and documented by the PTA. Skill Requirements: * This is a 13 week travel assignment. * The PTA must have an associate degree from an accredited program. * The PTA must be able to practice physical therapy per state guidelines. * The PTA must be skilled in lifesaving techniques. Physical Requirements: * Standing or stooping for long periods of time. * Mild physical labor to complete the tasks at hand. * Exposure to blood, chemicals, and other bodily fluids. * Heavy lifting. * Other physical de - Permanent - Full-time
