Job Overview: The Senior Analyst of HR Applications role is to ensure the streamlined operation of the respective technical platform or functional area in alignment with the business objectives of the organization. The Senior Analyst of HR Applications (PeopleSoft - HR, Benefits Base & Administration and Payroll Interface, Success Factors - Performance Management, Succession Planning & Compensation, Kenexa/Brassring - Recruiting, and other applications) expert, the position will entail interacting with Senior Executives and Directors of Human Resources to develop and implement strategic initiatives for HR Systems, Compensation, Succession Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management and Management Reporting operations.
