Cox Communications - Las Vegas, NV - Position Details Position Summary Support the growth of the system by assuring the quality performance of the installation and technical services for Video and Data Cox Communication products Ensure the quality of services provided to end users meets or exceeds established standards Install disconnect reconnect add andor change video and HSD products and services and troubleshoot Cox Communications products at residential customers homes Resolve problems caused by customers equipment by performing repairs or preventive maintenance on the customers installation by locating and replacing companyowned cable and equipment and by testing systems Accomplish workload demands by working productively and safely and by completing all requested work orders in a timely manner Generate additional company revenue through effective sales techniques and by offering information about product options sales campaigns and promotions Primary ResponsibilitiesTasks Essential Functions Establish and maintain - Permanent - Full-time
