Applicants must have knowledge of residential construction and must have at least 1 year experience in sales (HVAC or insulation sales experience is a bonus). The applicant must be capable of solving basic math problems and have experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Energy auditing certification is not required (training provided), but it would be a bonus if the applicant was a certified BPI Building Analyst with experience conducting residential home energy audits.
