JAM Human Resources - Los Angeles, CA - Reporting directly to the Global Head of Global Mobility, the successful candidate will be involved in the design, development and implementation of the Global Mobility programme for the Americas. The Role: You will be responsible for but not limited to: Develops comprehensive, practical and compliant deployment solutions for project and other international assignments; Partners with business line representatives and other stakeholders and pro-actively advises on international assignment compensation, including home/host payroll issues, international implications of equity plans, tax equalization, immigration etc; Responsible for tax vendor management, with oversight over the worldwide tax filings, as appropriate. Aspires for best service while controlling cost; Engages in and resolves complex international assignment tax and payroll issues; Reviews international assignment-related calculations such as assignment cost projections, tax equalization calculations, hypothetical tax calcula - Permanent - Full-time
