Position Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for working with upper level management and Vion's deal team in the areas of forensic accounting, transaction valuation, business valuation and litigation support. In particular, the candidate will spend significant time evaluating the adequacy of accounting controls at target companies, looking for fraudulent accounting practices and making recommendations to protect against fraud.
