Pitt State University - Pittsburg, KS - Buidling Construction Inspector Job Summary About the Job Company Pitt State University The Office of Facilities Planning at Pittsburg State University is accepting applications for a Building Construction Inspector. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry in an on-site capacity is required. Preference will be given to applicants with 5 years of relevant experience and a working knowledge of architecture, building codes, and construction materials and methods. Starting salary is $17.30 per hour plus $.30 per hour trades retention incentive. This is a limited term position which will terminated upon the completion of designated construction projects on or about September 1, 2016.
