USA - Location USA (Green Card Needed) 1. (45%) Strategically share information internally and externally both in English and Japanese. Involves communications and translations of documents, emails and presentations in both languages. 2. (35%) Coordinate projects and initiatives through the organization in support of overall strategy, as directed by the President. Liaison with internal teams, facilitate the internal communication and manage communication with external business partners by being proactive, prompt and accurate. 3. (10%) Develop, analyze and report/present business related metrics such as but not limited to sales, operating results, forecasts and other key business performance indicators. 4. (10%) Partner with departmental leaders to collect data, analyze key performance indicators and make recommendations for improvements. - Permanent - Full-time
