McKesson Technology Services - Charlotte, NC - Current Need The Technical Writer position will work with a team to make recommendations for changes in current documentation creates proactive notifications to educate staff Position Description Responsible for planning developing organizing writing and editing operational software maintenance test procedures and or manuals May research develop and document technical design specifications flowcharts and test scripts May participate in the user interface design May produce electronic documentation such as CDs and online user help tools May acquire and organize source material including applicable specifications and technical writeups Qualifications Minimum Requirements 6+ years experience in technical writing Critical Skills Expert with Microsoft Word a strong user of Microsoft Publisher and PowerPoint and Microsoft based graphic design programs Additional Knowledge Skills The ideal candidate would have knowledge of UseSnagit screen capturing software and Webex The candidate should be - Permanent - Full-time
