EmpRes Healthcare is currently looking for a dynamic and dedicated PTA – Physical Therapist Assistant – to join our team at Teton Post Acute Care and Rehabilitation Center in Idaho Falls, ID. Per Diem Available. As a PTA, you will work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide physical therapy services to residents with physical and/or cognitive dysfunction; including screening and implementation of treatment services as developed by the supervising Physical Therapist. Facilitate the restoration of physical and functional abilities to achieve resident's highest potential for independent living. Essential Functions: •Comply with state practice act and/or American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) guidelines. •Provide direct care to residents on the physical therapy caseload. •Implement treatment plans set-up by Physical Therapist. •Provide clear, concise documentation in medical records and on appropriate forms as it relates to reimbur - Permanent - Full-time
