Applied Clinical Intelligence LLC - Bala Cynwyd, PA - GENERAL DESCRIPTION The individual in this position is to report to and receive direction from the Sr Project Manager Technology Specialist within the Operations and is primarily responsible for the support upkeep and management of AIMS software or related business systems In addition this individual may provide assistance and training for standard applications andor coordinate seminars and user group learning sessions RESPONSIBILITIES Primary duties include Responsible for initial setup configuration and support of AIMS including software applications reports and other tasks as necessary Recommend schedule and assist in performing system upgrades repairs and customer support Ensuring all business process regarding adjudication are brought to the system administrators in a timely manner including AIMS technical support and troubleshooting Responsible for the support and maintenance of the AIMs and other related systems providing meaningful statistics or system reports and metrics Resp - Permanent - Full-time
