Responsibilities will include being responsible for all financial reporting, oversight of AP, AR and Payroll, all project costing via % of completion, sales forecasting, budget preparation and maintenance, bonding issues and being the go to person in the absence of the owner. Minimum requirements include strong Construction accounting experience including % of completion accounting, strong financial reporting experience, supervisory experience, operational experience in a construction environment, budget preparation and maintenance experience.
